Instructions 

Speaker Instructions

The scientific program will follow a given time schedule and all oral presentations should not exceed the limit specified below:
Plenary Lectures 45 min presentation plus 5 min for discussion / questions
Invited Lectures 25 min presentation plus 5 min for discussion / questions
Oral Lectures 17 min presentation plus 3 min for discussion / questions
 
Speakers are requested to send their oral presentations to Mrs. Andriani Kalaitzaki at andrianikalaitzaki@mitos.com.gr, until Sunday 22 September.
The presentations must be prepared in Microsoft Power Point or in PDF format. It is recommended to structure the presentation format in a 16:9 aspect ratio. A laptop will be available in the Conference room. The use of personal laptops from the speakers will be not allowed.
To avoid delays and compatibility problems, presenters are kindly requested to load and test their presentation during the break before their session at the latest. 
A support team member will be in the conference room for anything needed.
 

Poster Presentations

There are three poster session presentations. All posters must have been pinned on the designated board for the duration of their presentation.
The poster board dimensions are:
1.00m x 1.00m with actual display area of 94cm height x 80cm width.
Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided at the secretariat desk for poster display.
 
Poster Sessions:
Poster Session 1 – Monday 30 September 17:30 – 19:30
Poster Session 2 – Tuesday 1 October 16:50 – 18:50
Poster Session 3 – Thursday 3 October 17:50 – 19:50
 
Boards will be available from the morning to attach the posters. All posters must be removed at the end of the session.
